De Mexico

  Comal
    Chicken, Vegetarian, Steak or Shrimp served on a sizzling cast iron skillet with
    seasonal vegetables. Served with flour tortillas, sour cream, black beans, and salsa morita

  Chicken Pasilla
    Grilled boneless breast of chicken served with a Pasilla portabello mushroom sauce,
    Jalapeno mashed potatoes and sauteed seasonal vegetables.


De Cuba

  Cuban Style Chicken
    Chicken breast served with a roasted garlic sauce over Congri (beans & rice) and sweet plantains.

  Ropa Vieja
    Beef slowly simmered in a garlic tomato sauce until it falls apart.
    Served with white rice, black beans, and sweet plantains.

  Cuban Steak Sandwich
    Several slices of steak sauteed with garlic and caramelized onions served open face on French
    bread with lettuce, tomato, and mojo. Sweet plantains and yuca served on the side.

  Cuban Roast Pork
    Slices of Cuban style roast pork with caramelized onions and mojo over top.
    Served with Congri (beans & rice) and yuca.

  Bistec a La Cubana
    Grilled Ribeye topped with caramelized onions and mojo. Served with black beans,
    white rice, sweet plantains & yuca.

  Filet of Beef Tenderloin
    Grilled and served with chimichurri "parsley pesto", over roasted potatoes,
    with corn, red onion, sauteed pasilla sauce.

  Honey Jalapeno Pork Chops
    Marinated, grilled then baked to perfection. Served with sweet potatoes.

  Almond Crusted Halibut
    Baked halibut served with a saffron cream, Jalapeno mashed potatoes and sauteed seasonal vegetables.

  Atlantic Salmon
    Grilled and served with a garlic polenta, sauteed spinach over a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

  Chipotle Grilled Chicken
    Grilled boneless breast served with a spicy chipotle sauce, Jalapeno mashed potatoes,
    and sauteed seasonal vegetables.

  Blackened Duck
    Boneless breast pan seared, over baked and served with a Pasilla Portabello mushroom sauce,
    Jalapeno mashed potatoes and sauteed seasonal vegetables.
