Mix Your Own Cocktail
Beverage Program

 

While we are temporarily BYOB we are taking the bring your own bottle concept to the next level with our M.Y.O.C. beverage program. 

Our new beverage menu is tailored for you to mix in your favorite spirit. Each cocktail is designed to be served virgin and it will come with its respective spirit suggestion. 

Highlights of the new beverage menu include: 

Mojito – a house favorite - Mint, Limes, Raw Sugar, Club Soda ~ suggested spirit: silver or aged rum 
Latin 28 – Tangerine-Lavender Honey, Fresh Muddled Lemons, Club Soda ~ suggested spirit: silver rum and or sparkling wine 
Light and Stormy – Fresh Muddled Limes and Grapefruit, Spiced Ginger Simple Syrup, Ginger Ale ~ suggested spirit: Light or Dark Rum 
Valenciana #2 - Fresh Lime and Lemon Juice, Muddled Jalapeño, Rosemary Simple Syrup, Orange Zest, Spiced Salt Rim ~ suggested spirit: tequila, gin or rum 

In the mood for some good sangria? Bring your wine and we will mix it for you. 

Red: Fresh Orange and Lemon, Spiced Ginger Syrup
White: Fresh Lime and Lemon, Lemongrass Syrup

The Fine Print
Gift card may be purchased as total denomination or split into smaller denominations. Gift cards must be purchased online via www.cafe28.com or in person at Café 28. Phone orders not accepted. Gift cards are valid for one year after the purchase date. Holiday Gift Cards are valid for dine-in, carryout or catering from January 2, 2013 through May 30, 2013 and exclude tax and gratuity. Cafe 28 Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards, holiday cards or other discounts.

Café 28 is a family-owned restaurant established in 1995. Our aim is to provide service in traditional Cuban and Mexican style with an eclectic latin twist. Come join us for dinner, lunch or weekend brunch, and indulge yourself with one of our "famoso" mojitos cocktails at one of our bars along with our green tamales appetizer.
